GENERAL: No purchase necessary to enter. Promotion begins at 12:01 am March 6^th, 2009 and ends on July 31^st, 2009. Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States, except where prohibited by law; Contestants must be over the age of 18 at time of submitting an entry or if you are under 18 years at the time of submitting an entry you must obtain your parent or legal guardian’s permission and fill out the required section of the entry form. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. Participants must provide a valid phone number.
TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter this contest, an online, a write-in/mail-in, or drop-off. Online Method: Visit www.ARhouse.com or www.loons.com and follow the link for “Where’s Lou E?” to the Online Entry Form and complete and submit electronically this form to Ayre/Rhinehart REALTORS. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, valid phone number, valid address, E-mail address, and Date of the Midland Daily News Issue, and location (house address) where Lou E. Loon was pictured. If under the age of 18, a parent’s or legal guardian’s name and information will also be required. Online entrants must complete entire entry form to be eligible. Entries received after the last day of the month will be entered into the next available month’s drawing. Contestants can enter with one answer for each week of the competition. Multiple entries submitted by a single person for the same week will be void. Submissions from online automated sweepstakes entry systems are not permitted and will be void. Write-In/Mail-In Method: Mail a form (available from www.ARhouse.com, under the “Where’s Lou E?” link), a letter, postcard or written form with the following information: first and last name, valid phone number, valid address, E-mail address, and Date of the Midland Daily News Issue, and location (house address) where Lou E Loon was pictured to: Where’s Lou E?, c/o Ayre/Rhinehart REALTORS, 4809 Jefferson Ave, Midland, MI 48640-2905. Entries received will be entered into the next available drawing, unless received after the drawing on August 3^rd, 2009 in which case they will be void. Drop-off Method: Drop a form (available from www.ARhouse.com, under the Where’s Lou E? link), a letter, postcard or written form with the following information: first and last name, valid phone number, valid address, E-mail address, and Date of the Midland Daily News Issue, and location (house address) where Lou E Loon was pictured at: Ayre/Rhinehart REALTORS; offices located at 4809 Jefferson Ave, Midland, MI 48640-2905. Entries received will be entered into the next available drawing, unless received after the drawing on August 3^rd, 2009 in which case they will be void.

Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, orpostage due entries, or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZES: Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted. (5) Prizes: Four (4) ticket vouchers from the Great Lakes Loons for any available home game after the drawing date of the winner. Winner will be responsible for arranging actual ticket dates with the Great Lakes Loons. Upgrades from awarded tickets are available at the discretion of the Great Lakes Loons and availability on the night in question at the Dow Diamond.
WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about the first of every month, from all eligible entries received by the last day of the prior month. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Drawings will be held on a monthly basis, during the promotion, on or about the first of every month following the initial drawing on 4/1/09. Each drawing will start with a whole new set of entries received in the previous month. New entry will be required for each monthly drawing. Tentative schedule of drawings would be on or about 4/1/09, 5/1/09. 6/1/09, 7/1/09 and 8/1/09. Total of which will not exceed the number of five (5) drawings.
ELIGIBILTY: This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older at the time of entry; or if under age 18 at the time of entry with parent’s or legal guardian’s permission, granting of which is assumed with the correctly filled portion of the entry form. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Ayre/Rhinehart REALTORS and the Great Lakes Loons, their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, promotion, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. The laws of the United States govern this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants release and hold harmless sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees and/or agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize won.
INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by sponsors on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the E-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line provider, or other organization responsible for assigning E-mail addresses.
WINNER’S NAME(S): Monthly winners will be announced in the Midland Daily News and online at www.ARhouse.com. Winners will be available online for a period of at least (though not limited to) 6 months after the promotional period ends. By submitting an entry in this contest , entrants agree to allow that sponsors and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates may use (unless prohibited by law) their names, locality, biographical information, visual and other likenesses for advertising, promotion, and other purposes now and hereafter without compensation or further permission or notification.
PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied will be used in order to communicate with Game participants, as well as to contact them with information needed to arrange their prize delivery by the Great Lakes Loons. No information will be sold or redistributed to any 3^rd parties beyond the sponsors of this contest.
